Setting up SMS Reminders

You can set up SMS reminders on the Remember The Milk mobile app or the desktop website. Setting up SMS reminders allows you to receive a flagged message on any device that uses your mobile network. This makes sure you don't forget what's important to you. 

Remember The Milk does not charge for SMS reminders. However, your network may charge you to receive text messages. Make sure to check with your mobile network provider before setting up a SMS reminder.

To set up an SMS reminder

  1. Log in to your online Remember The Milk account.

  2. Click Account Settings.

  3. Click Set up Reminders.

  4. Click Contact Preferences.

  5. Enter the date and time you want to be reminded of your task.

  6. Click Add Details.

  7. Click the Add drop-down, and then click Mobile.

  8. Enter your mobile number.

  9. Click Send Verification Code.

  10. Enter the verification code sent to you by SMS and click Done.

  11. Select Save Changes.
